Fee deposit, issuance of scholar register number, student ID kit, and welcome session into the PRPS family.

Age Criteria (As of 31st March 2026)

L.K.G. 4+ Years Verbal expression & recognition
U.K.G. 5+ Years Foundational phonics & numbers
Class I 6+ Years Foundational literacy & numeracy
Classes II to V Appropriate age Previous class passed report card
Classes VI to VIII Appropriate age Transfer Certificate (TC) & Marksheet
Note: Age relaxation up to 30 days can be granted in exceptional cases in accordance with government guidelines.

Documents Required for Admission

  • Birth Certificate: Self-attested photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or Panchayat.
  • Transfer Certificate (TC): Original TC counter-signed by competent educational authority (for Class II onwards).
  • Previous Academic Report Card: Photocopy of previous year's passed mark-sheet.
  • Aadhaar Card: Photocopy of Aadhaar Cards of student, father, and mother.
  • Passport Size Photographs: 4 recent passport size colour photographs of the child and 2 each of parents.
  • Address Proof: Electricity bill / Ration card / Voter ID / Rent agreement of current residence in Loni/Ghaziabad.
